Long Lasting Permanent and Semi-Permanent Make-up

Through international conferences Carole Franck of Paris has discovered a method of semi-permanent make-up for the eyebrows and for reconstructing the lips, using the technique of artists of ancient China, which has been adapted to guide modern tastes and the complexion of European women.

This method, applied exclusively of Carole Franck beauty specialists, can be used to correct the shape and color of certain features, in particular the eyebrows, eye liner and lips.

These make-up techniques are recommended:

PERMANENT MAKEUP GLOSSARY

• PERMANENT – The marks are lasting but not irreversible. The colour gradually fades because of natural desquamation - the colour can be altered by another application to follow changes in fashion or the client's wishes.
  

• APPLICATION – The pigments are applied by hand or by a small electric device. In this way the result is natural and the method is safe. The needles are sterilized by gamma rays and are used only once.
  
  
• PIGMENTS – They are in the form of a stable solution of powders and cause no reactions. The colorants are sterile minerals, approved under EEC directives, and are made in our laboratory.
